Call varies in setting and frequency depending on the academic year.  

PGY-1 call averages 2-3 shifts per month while on psychiatry rotations with four weeks of night float.

PGY-2’s take 7-8 weeks of night float during the year, and about 2 calls per month when not on night float.  

PGY-3’s take approximately 2 calls per month.

PGY-4s provide backup phone call from home approximately one to two weekdays per month and 3-5 weekends per year to provide teaching and support to underclassman.
