The brewing method and the use of katuaba
Tea should be brewed from the bark of a tree in any convenient way. Tea without additives has an orange hue, and diluted with milk — pink. A real katuab drink is distinguished by a bitter wooden taste.
The preparation takes a couple of minutes and is no different from brewing any other tea. It is necessary to pour 1-2 tablespoons (to taste) of the bark with boiling water, then insist for a while.
To dilute the taste, you can add fruit or milk to the katuaba. For example, an apple will eliminate the bitter taste and make tea more pleasant. Katuaba on milk with honey will be appropriate before going to bed. It perfectly relaxes and calms the body, relieves stress and puts things in order in your thoughts. And thanks to the milk, the taste of the drink will become softer. If desired, milk can be replaced with cream, and gourmets will appreciate the combination of catuaba and mate or lapacho.
Katuaba is a special aphrodisiac that will fill you with happiness, love, and give you a feeling of lightness and carelessness. It will charge the body with energy.
